2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account at kkkdb, you must meet the following conditions:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age.
2. You must be a resident of an area where participation in online gaming is legally permitted.
3. You must confirm that you are opening the account in your own name and for your own use.
4. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
5. You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any deposits and bonuses may be cancelled. If you suspect that someone else has created an account using your information, please contact us immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

kkkdb reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC). A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at kkkdb, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with wagering requirements. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

1. Each player may claim a bonus only once — claiming it again through multiple accounts is not permitted.
2. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.
3. Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred or given to third parties.
4. kkkdb reserves the right to cancel any bonus credited due to a technical error or unintentional mistake.
5. The games that count towards wagering are determined by kkkdb and are subject to change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using kkkdb's services:

1. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
2. Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games or gain an unfair advantage.
3. Creating multiple accounts to unfairly claim bonuses or promotional offers.
4. Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
5. Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other players or attempting to harm them.
6. Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
7. Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.

4. Any loss resulting from the submission of incorrect information.
5. Service suspension due to unforeseen legal or regulatory changes.

Maximum liability shall in no case exceed the actual deposit balance present in the user's account.
